Pallet Repair Operatives

Our client based in Sywell Northamptonshire NN6 are looking for a number of operatives to join their expanding team.

Shifts available and Pay rates.

• 4 days on 4 days off £13.00ph, £16.25ph after 8.5hrs £21.71ph Sundays
• 4 nights on 4 nights off £13.52ph, £16.90ph after 8.5hrs and £22.58ph Sundays
• 2 days on 2 nights on 4 off. rates above
• 12 hour shifts

The client offers flexibility on shifts to support their workers as much as they can

Your duties will include but not limited to

• Loading pallets on to the production line,
• Quality checking the pallets
• Taking off broken parts and rebuilding the pallets
• Loading and unloading pallets to the paint spray booth.
• Using power saw and power nail gun

The ideal candidate needs to

• Be reliable and flexible
• Be physical fit due to the nature of the job role
• Just basic English is needed as there are supervisors and team members with different languages to assist in communications
• Be able to het to Sywell for the start of each shift
• Be able to work in all elements.
