We are recruiting on behalf of our VIP well established client in Milton Keynes for 2 Transport Gatehouse Clerks.

1 x Day Shift 4 on 4 off 7am - 7pm

1 x Night Shift 4 on 4 off 7pm - 7am

Your job role will include greeting all contractor vehicles and making sure they are compliant with site and additional legal regulations. You will then allocate and direct them to their ultimate destination on site. You will also need to complete administrative duties related to the recording of details and data of all Visitors and Contractors

Responsibilities will include:
•Watch for irregular or unusual conditions
•Accept deliveries on behalf of the company
•Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities
•Provide assistance to customers and be client facing
•Administration and debrief duties

•Take customer calls to release deliveries

Skills, experience & qualifications:
•Friendly, can do attitude
•Customer focus
•Previous Transport experience and general understanding of industry requirements
